We will work with you to ensure the venue is suitable for aerial performances whether it’s indoor or outdoor.
Provided Aerial Rig Considerations:
Our own aerial rig can be used indoor or outdoors and has different footprint requirements based on height:
- Max Height: 23’
  Footprint: 21’ x 21’
- Height: 20’
  Footprint: 19’ x 19’
- Height: 17.5’
  Footprint: 17’ x 17’
- Height: 15’
  Footprint: 14.5’ x 14.5’
- Height: 12.5’
  Footprint: 12.5’ x 12.5’
- Height: 10’
  Footprint: 10.5’ × 10.5’
Venue Rigging Considerations:
- Has the venue been used for aerial before and had it’s structure assessed by a structural engineer, rigged by a professional rigger?
- If this venue has not been rigged to there will be associated costs for bringing in a structural engineer and professional rigger.
Absolutely, we will work with you to create a performance proposal that makes sense. Some themes we’ve done in the past include fire and ice, enchanted garden, and under the sea.
We are able to accommodate different timelines depending on your needs, however, we recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance to ensure availability, especially for larger events. Once you’ve reached out to us, we’ll discuss your needs and event details, provide a quote, and lock in the booking. A contract and deposit will be required to confirm the booking.
Yes, we require all of our performers to carry insurance, and we take safety and risk management very seriously. We ensure that all necessary precautions are in place to protect both our performers and your guests during the event.
